THE NAVAL CAMPAIGN- page has been updated. I have just returned from Historicon where on my down time I revamped the 1904-1905 fleet lists for both the Russian and Japanese Navies. They now include all division and flotilla commanders as well as corrections to some of the Japanese TB ship class designations. All the data was gathered from the Official Japanese Staff Reports.
